My name is Shubhi Dubey, and I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and Nutritionist, dedicated to holistic health and wellness.

My journey into yoga began from a deeply personal experience. I once suffered from severe health issues that required immediate medical attention, and surgery was recommended. I requested time to explore alternative healing methods and began practicing yoga with consistency and discipline. Through yoga, lifestyle correction, and mindfulness, I was able to recover naturally and regain my health. This life-changing experience became my motivation to help others heal, balance, and transform their lives through yoga.

I am professionally trained and certified under recognized institutions and specialize in therapeutic yoga, women’s health, pregnancy yoga, mental wellness, and lifestyle management.
